A $175.00 fee may be accessed to recover all costs incurred
by the City for nuisance abatement

B.
All
building permit fees shall be non-refundable.
C.
"Total valuation" for purposes of this Section means the
total value of all construction work for which the permit is issued
as determined by the zoning enforcement person.
