A.
All streets
hereinafter installed in any subdivision within the City of Platte
City shall conform to the specifications prepared by the Department
of Public Works, Engineering Division, Platte City, a copy of which
specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk.
B.
No street
shall be hereinafter accepted by the City until the same is brought
up to the specifications provided herein.
C.
All sidewalk
and curbing installed within the City shall be installed only after
obtaining a permit therefor. The form for said permit shall be as
determined by the City Administrator or his/her designee.
