Any person, firm or corporation constructing any building or
residence within the City shall install the water mains, street crossings,
side taps, and curb saddles to said building or residence and any
developer developing any tract of land within the City shall install
the water mains, side taps, street crossings, and curb saddles on
both sides of the street.

Any person, firm or corporation installing water main, side
taps, and saddles shall use only material approved by the City to
make such installation.

Any person, firm or corporation installing side taps or curb
saddles shall be responsible for any personal injuries or property
damages incident to the installation of the same and does, by undertaking
the installation of the same, agree to indemnify and save harmless
the City from any liability by reason thereof.
