No person shall consume any alcoholic beverage in any public
place, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing,
streets, ways, parks, recreation areas and playgrounds, within the
Town of Lynnfield, excepting such premises as may be duly licensed
to serve alcoholic beverages, including licenses issued for the service
of beer and/or wine for one day.
Each violation of this bylaw shall be punishable by a fine as set forth in Chapter 58, Penalties and Enforcement.
