The annexation of the City by the
Central Jackson County Fire Protection District is hereby approved
consistent with and pursuant to the July 29, 1981, Order of the Circuit
Court of Jackson County, Missouri, which order is hereby incorporated
by reference herein.

All fire protection services in and
for the City shall be provided by the Central Jackson County Fire
Protection District.

All rules, regulations, standards
and procedures established, promulgated and utilized by the Central
Jackson County Fire Protection District are and shall be incorporated
by reference herein, as though fully set forth herein.[1]
