This Schedule provides for the regulation of certain commercial vehicles licensed for twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds or greater upon the streets of the City:

In accordance with Section 365.030, no person shall park a commercial vehicle licensed for 24,000 pounds or greater upon any street or alley located within a Residential Zoning District of the City with the following exceptions:

All of Walton Street lying west of South Morgan Street
Interstate Highway 70
North and South Service Roads of Interstate 70

In accordance with Section 365.040, no person shall park a commercial vehicle licensed for twenty-four thousand (24,000) or greater upon any street or alley located within a Commercial Zoning District of the City from 8:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. of any day with the following exceptions:

Except as set forth below, no person shall operate a commercial vehicle licensed for twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds or greater ("commercial motor vehicle") upon any street or alley in the R-1, R-2, R-3 or RC-3 Zoning Districts of the City.

North and south service roads of Interstate 70
A commercial motor vehicle engaged in the business of making deliveries
A commercial motor vehicle operated by the occupant of a residence departing for or returning from work (the "occupant exception"). The occupant exception shall not apply to any street or alley with a posted weight restriction.
A commercial motor vehicle parked temporarily during active construction work at a permitted site or building construction activity authorized by the City
Any emergency vehicles on call, including public utility vehicles used during the course of repairs

When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall operate a commercial vehicle of gross weight greater than twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds except as provided under Section 340.240 upon any street or part of a street except the following:
Locations
Highway 47 from the north City limits to the south City limits; Old Highway 40.
Route M from the east City limits to its intersection with Highway 47.
Highway MM from its intersection with Highway 47 to the west City limits.
Elm Street.
Route U from Highway MM to west City limits.
