The Borough or its designee shall inspect all phases or the installation
of any temporary or permanent SWM facilities.

A schedule of required inspections shall be determined through a
pre-construction meeting with Borough staff.
C.Â
Required inspections shall be scheduled through the Borough a minimum
of 24 hours prior to the time the inspection is requested.
D.Â
During any stage of work, if the Borough or its designee determines
that any temporary or permanent SWM facilities are not being installed
in accordance with the approved SWM site plan, the Borough shall revoke
any existing permits until a revised SWM site plan is submitted and
approved, as specified in this chapter.
