The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
LOCAL SCHOOL and LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
Any school district located partially or totally within the boundaries of the Township and shall include the properties of any such public school district located within the territorial boundaries of the Township.

(a) 
No person other than a regularly enrolled student in good standing, teacher, parent or guardian of a student, regular delivery men making deliveries of goods or supplies to the school, police or public safety officer, or other employee of the system shall enter upon the premises or within the buildings of a local school district during the regular school hours unless such person first receives written permission from the principal, or his agent, to be in or on the premises.
(b) 
For purposes of this section, the term "regularly enrolled student in good standing" shall not include any student who has been subjected to off-premises expulsion or suspension from school.

No person shall create a disturbance or otherwise disrupt the educational process and good order at any local school.

No person shall damage, destroy, or deface or aid in the damage, destruction, or defacement of any public school building or the grounds, fences, trees, buses, or equipment, appurtenances, or fixtures of such school property. In the event any person under the age of 18 full years shall be found to have willfully damaged, destroyed, or defaced school property, as above defined, the parents or legal guardians of such person shall be presumed to have acquiesced or approved of such action and shall be civilly liable for the actions of their child.

No person shall trigger, trip, set off, or otherwise use a fire alarm device or fire extinguisher located on or within school property except in the case of actual emergency or in the course of an authorized demonstration.

(a) 
Entrance regulated. No person shall enter or attempt to enter any dance or social, athletic, theatrical, or other public event conducted by the local school or conducted on school property without a ticket of admission to such event when such tickets are required or to enter or attempt to enter contrary to any established rules or qualifications for eligibility for attendance at such events as provided by the sponsors. This subsection does not apply to law enforcement officers, school employees, and other persons authorized by the school to be at the event.
(b) 
Athletic areas restricted. No unauthorized person or persons shall enter upon the playing area where any athletic contest or exhibition is being conducted on school property.
(c) 
Dropping objects in athletic areas prohibited. No person shall project or drop any object or substance which could cause injury, damage or interference in the spectator or playing areas where any athletic contest or exhibition is conducted on school property.
(d) 
Profane, indecent, or immoral language. No person or persons shall use profane, indecent, or immoral language or gestures while in attendance at any social, athletic, theatrical, or public event conducted by the local school or conducted on school property. The use of such language or gestures shall be deemed to constitute a breach of the peace.
(e) 
Orders to leave premises. Any person attending any dance or social, athletic, theatrical, or other public event conducted by the local school or conducted on school property shall, upon being ordered to leave the event by the principal or any other person appointed or designated by the school to keep order, immediately vacate the premises and the school grounds. Such order may be given when, in the opinion of the properly designated official, guard, or chaperon, the continued presence of the person threatens the peace, security, and well-being of the assemblage or the peaceful continuation of the particular event.

Smoking within school buildings of a local school district shall be prohibited except in those areas clearly posted as permitting such practice. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to limit the imposition of stricter rules governing smoking by the Board of Trustees of a local school district.
