This chapter shall be known as the "Kenhorst Borough Skate Board
Ordinance."
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any equipment used for recreational purposes which shall
include, but not be limited to, scooters, roller blades, roller skates,
basketball posts and nets, hockey nets, hockey boxes and ramps.

Any wooden, metal or plastic board on one side of which is
affixed two or more wheels and which is used for coasting and is guided
by the distribution of weight of the user.
Immediately upon the enactment of this chapter, it shall be
illegal for anyone to operate a skateboard or boards on the public
streets and sidewalks of the Borough of Kenhorst.

Immediately upon enactment of this chapter, it shall be illegal
for anyone to operate any type of recreational equipment on the public
streets and sidewalks of the Borough of Kenhorst.
