Township of West Lampeter, PA Article VII Fees and Expenses

§ 230-71 General.

The Township may include all costs incurred in the fee charged to an applicant.

§ 230-72 Expenses covered by fees.

The fee may include, but not be limited to, costs for the following:

A. Administrative and clerical costs.

B. Review of the SWM site plan by Engineer and Township staff.

C. Review of the stormwater operation and maintenance plan and stormwater agreement by the Township Engineer/Solicitor/staff.

D. Inspections by Township Engineer and Township staff.

E. Any additional work required by the Township Engineer, Township Solicitor or Township staff to enforce any permit provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
