The Board of Supervisors of Hellam Township is hereby authorized
to prescribe rules and regulations for the use by the public of parks
and recreation grounds and the facilities connected therewith. The
rules shall be adopted by resolution and shall then be posted at conspicuous
places in the parks and recreation grounds.
Any person who shall violate any of the rules and regulations
adopted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall commit
a summary offense, and, upon conviction by a Magisterial District
Judge, shall be sentenced to pay a criminal fine of not more than
$1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment thereof,
to undergo imprisonment to the extent allowed by law for the punishment
of summary offenses. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
