A.
Description. The Seal of the City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri,
shall be a pictorial quadrant displaying symbols for the City of Poplar
Bluff, the County of Butler, the State of Missouri, and the United
States of America together with dates of origination for each, all
of which shall be surrounded by the words the Seal of the City of
Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri. Said Seal shall be circular
and not more than two (2) inches in diameter.
B.
Custody. The City Clerk shall keep the Seal of the City
in his/her office.
C.
Use. The City Clerk shall affix the Seal of the City to
all instruments of writing of whatsoever nature whenever required
by ordinance, resolution or order of the City Council.
