There is hereby created the office of the City Collector in
and for the City.

The City Collector shall possess all of the qualifications prescribed
for Councilmen.

The City Collector shall be appointed by the City Manager and
shall serve at the pleasure of the City Manager.

In addition to all duties and requirements imposed by ordinance
or Statute, the City Collector shall perform such other duties as
may be required of him/her by the City Manager or City Council.
