Section 500.180 Permit Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct or maintain a private swimming pool within the City without first obtaining a permit from the Plumbing Inspector and the Building Inspector.

Section 500.190 Fence Required.

It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any swimming pool within the City unless the ground upon which it is situated shall be completely surrounded by a fence or wall of at least four (4) feet in height.

All swimming pools constructed within the City shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the City Plumbing Code.

Wastewater from any swimming pool shall be discharged into a storm sewer or other means approved by the Public Works Department of the City.
