Rooming houses and boardinghouses must have yearly inspections
conducted by the Fire Department, Board of Health, and Building Department
by May 1 of each year. It shall be the responsibility of the owner
to give the Board of License Commissioners copies of each inspection
so that rooming house and boardinghouse permits can be issued.
