A. 
No person shall perform construction, repair, alteration or demolition work on or make deliveries or cause deliveries to be made to buildings, structures, streets, alleys, or land, for which work a building permit was or should have been obtained, within any area zoned residential under the Borough's Zoning Ordinance, as the same may be amended from time to time, or within 1,000 feet of any such residential district, Mondays through Fridays before 7:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays and federal legal holidays before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. Emergency work performed for the purpose of preventing or alleviating circumstances involving actual or imminent physical danger and/or property damage is permitted.
B. 
No person shall operate or cause to be operated any power tools or equipment (including, but not limited to, a saw, sander, drill, grinder, garden equipment or tools of like nature) outdoors in any area zoned residential under the Borough's Zoning Ordinance, as the same may be amended from time to time, or within 1,000 feet of any residential area, from 1/2 hour after sunset to 7:00 a.m. prevailing time when the following day falls on a Monday through Friday and to 8:00 a.m. prevailing time when the following day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal legal holiday.
Any person who violates this article shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or 30 days' imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
