The Board of Trustees of the Village of Indian Point, Missouri
following submission of bids, and the Board's review, consideration,
and discussion hereby adopts the GRE Design Standards for Public Improvements
for the Village of Indian Point, same are incorporated herein by reference,
and shall be known as the "Village of Indian Point, Missouri, Design
Standards for Public Improvements." A copy of said regulations is
ordered to be attached to this Chapter and become a part thereof as
if set out in full herein.[1]

The passage of this Chapter is deemed an emergency to the health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of Indian Point, and this Chapter
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, a public
hearing having been held on the same as required by the Missouri Revised
Statutes.
