Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 55:14A-4[1] there is hereby created a body corporate and politic to
be known as the "Housing Authority of the Borough of Bellmawr."

Such Authority shall be vested with all powers granted pursuant
to the appropriate enabling legislation and shall be conducted in
accordance with the limitations contained therein.
