In accordance with § 8-1c of the Connecticut General
Statutes regarding reasonable fees for processing municipal land use
applications, the Town of Marlborough shall henceforth assess fees
in accordance with a schedule of fees to apply to the Zoning Commission,
Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals and Conservation and
Inland Wetlands Commission. The Board of Selectmen shall set such
fee schedule annually for all land use applications to defray the
costs of processing said applications. Such schedule shall supersede
any specific fees set forth in the General Statutes or any special
act.
