It shall be the duty of the Board of Aldermen, Street Commissioner,
City Engineer and all other officers of the City to report to the
Board of Aldermen any dangerous or unsafe condition of any street,
avenue or alley in this City and any improvements that should be made
in any public highway in the City to make the same more convenient
and safe for the use of the public.
