Speed Limits And Exceptions. There is hereby established a speed limit on all roads, streets, avenues and alleys within City limits of Pevely, Missouri, of twenty (20) miles per hour, except as this Schedule, authorized by Section 320.010 of this Title, hereby declares that certain speed limits shall be applicable upon specified streets and in certain areas:

Penalty. Any person violating the provisions
of this Schedule shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined
