Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall
be subject to a fine of $1,500. Each day of violation shall constitute
a separate offense for which the fine shall be imposed.
The Town of Cornwall Police Department and Town Code Enforcement
Officers are authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
