A. 
The jurisdiction of this chapter shall apply to all County trunk highways within Green Lake County that are under the jurisdiction of the Green Lake County Highway Department.
B. 
County trunk highways in all other incorporated municipalities shall be regulated by incorporated municipalities having jurisdiction.
Anyone seeking a permit to construct, maintain or repair utilities within a County trunk highway right-of-way; or for transportation of loads of excessive size and/or weight on a County trunk highway; or to make an excavation or fill or to install a culvert on a County trunk highway; or for transportation of loads in excess of posted weight on a County trunk highway within Green Lake County shall comply with the requirements of this chapter and any other applicable County ordinances and regulations.
