A. 
A joint action ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Calumet County providing for a county-municipal joint action emergency management plan of organization was adopted by said County Board on the 26th day of September 1972. A copy of said county ordinance is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference and is hereby ratified and accepted by the municipality of the Village of Sherwood, County of Calumet.
B. 
The ratification and acceptance of the joint action ordinance shall constitute a mutual agreement between the municipality of the Village of Sherwood and the County of Calumet as provided by Section 1 of said joint action ordinance.
The County-Municipal Emergency Management Director, appointed and employed by the Calumet County Board as provided in the referred-to ordinance, is hereby designated and appointed as the Emergency Management Director for the municipality of the Village of Sherwood, subject to the conditions and provisions as set forth in the Wisconsin Statutes and the Calumet County joint action ordinance.
Section 14-4, Emergency Management, of the Code of Calumet County is incorporated by reference in this article and shall apply in the Village of Sherwood.
