As authorized by and in accordance with Section
355.010 of this Title, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stop, stand or park said motor vehicle at any one time or instance or location, as designated herein, except when necessary to avoid a conflict with the directions of a Police Officer or traffic control sign or signal.

In the first 2 designated parking places located on the west
side of East Court Street and immediately south of the Stoddard County
Jail except for law enforcement purposes

A. Any vehicle equipped with tandem axles and has a total
height of at least nine (9) feet is prohibited from being parked on
the shoulder or parking area in the following areas:
1. On Missouri State Highway 25 from the point where the
four-lane highway merges into a two-lane highway and extending north
to the intersection of Highway 25 and Missouri State Route "J" and
"E."
2. On Missouri State Route "AA" from the intersection
of Missouri State Route "AA" and Bloomfield Avenue and extending north
to the intersection of Missouri State Route "AA" and Christian Drive.
B. Subsection (1) above has no application to trucks temporarily
parked for the sole purpose of making deliveries.
C. Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of
this Table shall be subject to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars
($500.00).
