It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct the business of, solicit or apply for the trade of fortuneteller, clairvoyant, spiritualist, palmist, phrenologist or other like business within the City.

A. 
In the event of an emergency or natural disaster as may be declared by the Mayor, the Mayor shall have the authority to establish a curfew as may be necessary to maintain security and allow for the expeditious re-establishment of essential services within the City.
B. 
The time, manner and extent of the curfew shall be as established by the Mayor from time to time.
C. 
At any time and place that a curfew is in effect, it shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to loiter, idle, wander, stroll or drive any vehicle upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks or public grounds within the area for which the curfew shall be designated by the Mayor.
D. 
Violation of this Section shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
