A. 
A license is required for pool rooms and bowling alleys.
B. 
All licenses for pool rooms or bowling alleys issued under this division shall continue in force until May 1 following their issuance, unless sooner revoked.
C. 
All fees shall be paid on an annual basis.
The City Council shall be the licensing authority for all licenses under this division. All applications for pool room or bowling alley licenses shall be filed with the City Clerk, who will sign and issue all such approved licenses.
All licenses issued under this division shall be conspicuously posted on the licensed premises.
Licenses issued under this division may, at any time, and without previous notice, be revoked if the licensing authorities have reason to believe that any provision of law in relation to the conduct of such business, or any regulation or restriction prescribed in such law, is being or will be violated.

The annual fees for licenses for billiard, pool or sippio tables are as provided in Chapter A110, Fee Schedule, of the City Code.
No billiard, pool or sippio table operated under license provided by law shall be used between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday; between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Friday, and between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Saturday; except that on the night preceding a holiday, except when such holiday is on a Sunday, such tables may be used until 2:00 a.m.

The fee for the annual license for bowling alleys is as provided in Chapter A110, Fee Schedule, of the City Code.
No bowling alley operated under license provided by law shall be used or permitted by the licensee to be used between the hours of 12:00 midnight on any Saturday and 1:00 p.m. on the following Sunday.
