No person shall conduct a yard or garage sale or a like sale
without first obtaining a license from the City Clerk.
The fee for a license required by the provisions of this article shall be as provided in Chapter A110, Fee Schedule, of the City Code.
Each sale licensed under the provisions of this article shall
be limited to one day and shall be conducted only on the premises
where the licensee resides.
No property except personal property owned by the licensee under
this article or members of his immediate family residing on the premises
shall be sold at the licensed sale.
