The recitals stated above are incorporated into this chapter
as if fully repeated herein.[1]

the ordinance adopting this chapter.
The Borough of Littlestown is hereby authorized and directed,
through its appropriate officers, to cause the Borough to become a
member of the Adams County Council of Governments.
The "Adams County Council of Governments Proposed Bylaws and
Agreement" is hereby approved as the agreement for the Adams County
Council of Governments, and the delegate from this Borough is hereby
authorized to ratify and confirm said proposed bylaws and agreement
as and for the operating instrument for the Council of Governments.
The Borough of Littlestown shall appoint by resolution from
time to time a delegate to the Council of Governments, and up to two
alternate delegates.
