On and after the enactment of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to discharge or fire any Flobert rifle, air gun, spring gun or other similar contrivance, or any implement which impels with force a pellet or missile of any kind, or to willfully and maliciously throw stones, snowballs, ice or other (any) substance, within the limits of said Borough of Littlestown.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before a Magisterial District Judge, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $300, plus costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term of not more than 30 days (each day that a violation continues, or is permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense punishable by like fine or penalty).
