The governing body of the Borough of Seaside Heights, as the
issuing authority, may impose, at the time of license issuance, transfer
or a condition of renewal upon certain licensed establishments, that
the establishment must, at specified periods of time, employ security
officers who have been licensed pursuant to the Security Officer Registration
Act, "SORA," N.J.S.A. 45:19A-1 et seq.
