Any vehicle parked or standing in violation of this chapter
shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to safe and proper regulation
of traffic and parking regulations as promulgated by this chapter.
Any member of the Police Department may provide for the removal
of any vehicle deemed a nuisance to a garage or other place designated
by resolution of the Township Committee.
Immediately after the vehicle has been so removed, the Police
Department shall give written notice thereof to the registered owner
by personal service or by certified mail addressed to said owner at
his last known address.

Any vehicle so removed shall be retained and impounded until the owner shall pay the reasonable cost of such removal together with a storage charge as set forth in Chapter 240, Fees, for each day that said vehicle is retained and impounded.
