There shall be no lot area or lot width requirements.
There shall be no lot coverage limitation except to reserve the required yards and that portion of the lot area required for off-street parking and loading facilities.
A. 
Front yard. The front yard shall be at least 25 feet in depth.
B. 
Side yards. Side yards are not required, except that if the lot adjoins a residential district, a side yard of not less than 10 feet in width shall be required on the side of the lot which adjoins the residential district.
C. 
Rear yards. Every lot shall have a rear yard of not less than 25 feet in depth.
No building shall exceed six stories or 72 feet in height.
