In all instances in which the Code, rules, regulations and/or ordinances of the Town refer to payment of consultant fees by applicants, such reference or references to consultants shall mean any planner, engineer, architect, landscape architect, surveyor, attorney and/or other professional retained by the Town for the purpose of reviewing an application for any approval by any Town board or commission.
