No person shall establish, operate or maintain a mobile home
park, or permit a mobile home park to be established, operated or
maintained upon any property owned or controlled by him, or extend
the area of an existing mobile home park in the Township of North
Lebanon without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Board
of Supervisors and paying the fee herein prescribed. Whenever a mobile
home is being removed from a park where there are delinquent real
estate taxes owing to the Township, another mobile home shall not
be set in it's place within the mobile home park until the owner of
the park pays the delinquent real estate taxes owed to North Lebanon
Township.

The mobile home park fee shall be $100 per annum and an additional
$10 for each mobile home unit within the park. The same shall be paid
in advance of the time of application for the permit or at the time
the application for the renewal of the permit is made. The annual
permit shall be issued on January 15 of each year. There shall be
no proration of any permit fee for any annual permit that is issued
after January 15. The application for renewal of the mobile home park
permit shall be made by the holder of the permit no later than 15
days prior to the expiration date of the last issued permit.

Any person who violates or permits the violation of the Code
of Ordinances of North Lebanon Township as specified herein, including
any amendments to this Part, unless the section of the Code of Ordinances
specifically provides for penalty, fine or enforcement, shall, upon
being found liable therefore in a civil enforcement proceeding commenced
by North Lebanon Township in a determination made by the applicable District
Magistrate, pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $600 to
the Township, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney's
fees, incurred by North Lebanon Township. A separate offense shall
arise for each day or portion thereof in which the violation is found
to exist. If the violator fails to pay the amount of the judgment
after the time for appealing the final judgment has expired, North
Lebanon Township may enforce the judgment pursuant to the applicable
Rules of Civil Procedure.
