A.
Upon the declaration of an emergency, there shall be no parking upon
streets or sections of streets where temporary EMERGENCY NO PARKING
signs are displayed. The Chief of Police or, in his absence, the ranking
police officer, is authorized to declare an emergency and to direct
the posting of EMERGENCY NO PARKING signs when weather conditions,
accidents, fires, public celebrations, etc. dictate or require the
avoidance of hazards or other conditions which interfere with the
free flow of traffic. Notification that EMERGENCY NO PARKING signs
are being or will be posted shall be given to the operator or owner
of any vehicle which has been parked prior to the posting of the signs.
B.
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this section
shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation
of traffic and any peace officer may provide for the removal of such
vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of removal and storage
which may result from such removal, before regaining possession of
the vehicle.
C.
The effectiveness of this subsection is contingent upon signs being
erected as required by law.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I attached to and made a part of this chapter. (See § 307-48A.).

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I attached to and made a part of this chapter. (See § 307-48B.)

No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified on any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II attached to and made a part of this chapter (see § 307-49). Whenever a vehicle, which has already received a summons for a parking ordinance violation, exceeds the time permitted by twice the ordinance limit, the vehicle may be issued additional summonses (with increased penalty, as set forth in § 307-69) and may be subject to impoundment.

No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time shown, at any time between the hours listed on any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III attached to and made a part of this chapter (see § 307-50). Whenever a vehicle, which has already received a summons for a parking ordinance violation, exceeds the time permitted by twice the ordinance limit, the vehicle may be issued additional summonses (with increased penalty, as set forth in § 307-69) and may be subject to impoundment.

No person shall stop or allow to stand a vehicle of any type upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule IV attached to and made a part of this chapter (see § 307-51).
B.
Any unoccupied vehicle stopped or standing in violation of this section
shall be deemed a nuisance to the safe and proper regulation of traffic,
and any peace officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle.
The owner shall be responsible for the cost of removal and storage
before regaining possession of the vehicle.
The New Jersey Department of Transportation requires parking restrictions on roads approaching a signalized intersection as part of its approval process. The zones described in Schedule IV-A attached to and made a part of this chapter (see § 307-52) are hereby established as no stopping or standing zones.
A.
No vehicle shall be parked for longer than the time limit shown, between the hours listed on any day, upon any Town-owned parking lot described in Schedule IV-B attached to and made a part of this chapter (see § 307-53).

B.
Prohibition exceptions.

No vehicle shall be permitted to remain in any public parking lots
between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except:

A person convicted of a violation of this section shall be liable for a penalty as described in Schedule XIX attached to and made part of this chapter (see § 307-69). Additionally, whenever a vehicle, which has already received a summons for a parking ordinance violation, exceeds the time permitted by twice the ordinance limit, the vehicle may be issued additional summonses (with increased penalty, as set forth in § 307-69) and may be subject to impoundment and Subsection D, below.

D.
Any vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be deemed a
nuisance and any peace officer may provide for the removal of such
vehicle. The owner of such vehicle shall be responsible for the cost
of removal and storage before regaining possession of the vehicle.

Free parking shall be permitted all day on Saturdays in the
paid municipal parking lots identified as Lot No. 1, Adams Street
Plaza, located on Adams Street; Lot No. 2, Main Street Lot, located
on Main Street; Lot No. 3, Western Plaza, located on Trinity Street;
and, Lot No. 4, Central Plaza, located on Trinity Street.
