These regulations shall be known and may be cited as the "Mobile
Home Park and Mobile Home Ordinance of Richmond Township, County of
Tioga, State of Pennsylvania."

These regulations are hereby established to set requirements
for the design, construction, alteration, extension and maintenance
of mobile home parks and related utilities and facilities to promote
and safeguard the public health, safety, comfort and welfare, and
for the licensing of mobile homes within the Township.

The Township has jurisdiction and control of land use and development
as set forth in Act 247 (as amended by Act 93 and Act 194, and other
amendments), the "Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code," 53 P.S.
§ 10101 et seq.
