[Res. 6/11/1962, General Conditions, § 5]
All full-time employees shall be residents of and domiciled
in Bristol Borough, except that Borough Council may temporarily employ
a nonresident by resolution or motion duly adopted.

The Borough Manager and Chief of Police shall not be compensated
or given compensatory time off for overtime worked by these officials.
