Any person directly affected by a decision of the Director or his or her designee in the enforcement of the provisions of this code, or notice or order issued under this code, shall have the right to appeal in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 94, Property Maintenance, Section 111 of the International Property Maintenance Code, local amendment.
