Manager or he or she is unable to serve, then one qualified member
of the Manager's staff appointed by the Manager with the concurrence
of the Board of Commissioners) shall perform the duties of the Manager
during his or her absence or disability. In the event of disability

in his or her capacity, the Board of Commissioners shall designate
a person as Acting Township Manager to perform the duties of the Manager
until such time as the Manager returns to full duty or a successor
is appointed.
