This chapter shall become effective on March 16, 2015, and shall
remain in force until modified, amended or rescinded by Wrightstown
Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

This chapter repeals all other floodplain management regulations
applicable to activities within Wrightstown Township, including, but
not limited to, those provisions contained in Article IX, Section
905 (and related appendixes) of the Newtown Area Joint Municipal Zoning
Ordinance. After the effective date, the only floodplain management
regulations applicable to activities in Wrightstown Township shall
be the regulations established by this chapter.
