A. 
Notwithstanding any collective bargaining agreement or contract to the contrary, the Town shall provide a health insurance program for all eligible employees in compliance with the Town’s Personnel Policy.
B. 
Notwithstanding any collective bargaining agreement or contract to the contrary, any eligible employee participating in the Town’s health insurance program shall contribute a percentage of the health insurance premium at the following contribution rate for their annual salary which is made part of this article:
