The compensation payable to the elected Tax Collector for East Pennsboro Township and any duly appointed tax collector for East Pennsboro Township in the event of a vacancy shall be $10,000 per annum, payable biweekly.

1. 
The Township shall reimburse the Treasurer upon submission of proper voucher for the Treasurer's actual expenditures for printing, postage and other expenses allowable by law as required to perform his/her duties.
2. 
The Township shall pay the premium cost of any fidelity bond required by the Treasurer for the performance of duties to and for the Township of East Pennsboro.

The foregoing provisions shall be applicable to the services of the Treasurer occurring on and after January 6, 2014, whether performed by the elected or an appointed Tax Collector.
