A. 
The exercise of the trade or employment of keeping swine within that part of the Town of Easton comprised within the limits of North Easton Village District is a nuisance, hurtful to the inhabitants thereof, injurious to their estates and is attended by noisome and injurious odors. Wherefore the exercise of such trade or employment is hereby prohibited in that part of the Town of Easton which is comprised within the limits of said District, without a permit in writing first obtained from the Board of Health of Easton. This order shall take effect on the first day of March 1931.
B. 
That the exercise of the trade or employment of keeping swine within that part of the Town of Easton comprised within the limits of the South Easton and Eastondale Fire and Water District is a nuisance, hurtful to the inhabitants thereof, injurious to their estates, and is attended by noisome and injurious odors. Wherefore the exercise of such trade or employment is hereby prohibited in that part of the Town of Easton which is comprised within the limits of said District, without a permit in writing first obtained from the Board of Health of Easton. This order shall take effect on the first day of January, 1951.
