Editor's Note: Pursuant to MGL C. 40, § 5G, Article 28, ATM 4-24-2017, established a Municipal Waterways Improvement and Maintenance Fund for the receipt of 50% of boat excise tax payments made under MGL C. 60B, §2, and payments from the state or federal government, and the expenditure thereof for waterways maintenance and improvements, and law enforcement and fire prevention as authorized by MGL C. 40, § 5G.

Editor's Note: Pursuant to MGL C. 40, § 3, Article 13, ATM 4-30-2018, established a Building Rental Fund for any amounts collected by the Town for Town building rentals, other than the rental of schools, to be expended without further appropriation by the Board of Selectmen for building-related upkeep and maintenance, and further, to accept the proviso of the second paragraph of MGL C. 40, § 3, to allow any balance in such account at the close of the Fiscal Year to remain available for expenditure, without appropriation, for such purposes in future years.

Expenditures from each revolving fund set forth herein shall be subject to the limitation established annually by Town Meeting or any increase therein as may be authorized in accordance with MGL C. 44, § 53E 1/2. The second paragraph of MGL C. 40, § 3, is accepted to allow any balance in the Transfer Station Glass Plant Revolving Account and the Senior Center Fitness Equipment Revolving Account at the close of each fiscal year to remain available for expenditure, without appropriation for such purposes in future years. The second paragraph of MGL C. 40, § 3 is accepted to allow any balance in the COA Program Revolving Account at the close of each fiscal year to remain available for expenditure, without appropriation for such purposes in future years.
