No person shall kill, destroy, or molest any bird, bird's nest,
animal or fish or other wildlife within or belonging to the Village
parks or playgrounds.
It shall be unlawful for any person to treat a dog, livestock
or other animal in a cruel or inhumane manner or to cause a dog, livestock
or other animal to suffer unnecessary torture, abuse or pain within
the Village.
