Ordinances)]
This article shall be known as the Folcroft Borough "Sprinkler
and Smoke Detector Ordinance."
This article applies to all residential, educational, commercial
and industrial buildings.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Schools and other public facilities within the Borough.
Any structure used for light/limited industrial use in the
form of both industrial parks and individual industrial structures.
Occupancies where there are two or more living units, including
but not limited to apartment houses, convents and rectories within
the Borough.
Any structure where members of one family occupy a living
unit.

Sprinklers and smoke detectors shall be governed by the regulations
as per the UCC and ICC codes, as amended.
