A.
Information required. All owners who rent or advertise for rent any
property on Shelter Island for residential use shall register the
rental property with the Department of Code Enforcement of the Town
of Shelter Island on a form to be made available in PDF on the Town
website and which will contain the following information:

Registration term. Registration is valid for two calendar years at
which time it must be renewed.
D.
No fee. There shall be no fee to register.
