Required information: Advertisement of any property listed for rent
on Shelter Island must include:
(1)
Registration number assigned by the Town; and
(2)
The total number of rooms utilized as bedrooms in the property offered
for rent which must not exceed what is indicated on the building plans
filed with the Building Department for the structure in which the
rental is located; and
(3)
Minimum permitted rental term.
