The President and Board of Trustees hereby adopts the administrative
protocol, in the form attached to and, by this reference, made a part
of this resolution as Exhibit A.[1]

The President and Board of Trustees hereby adopts the commission
application as the uniform application for service on Village commissions,
in the form attached to and, by this reference, made a part of this
resolution as Exhibit B.[1]

The President and Board of Trustees hereby declare their intent,
to the extent applicable and practicable, to: a) appoint members of
Village commissions to staggered terms; b) in any interviews for Village
commission vacancies, include both the Village Trustee serving as
the liaison of the Board of Trustees to the applicable commission
and the Chairperson of that commission; c) require reappointments
to submit an updated resume; d) require reappointments to submit their
attendance and voting records; and e) publicize vacancies no less
than 30 days prior to the planned date to fill the vacancy, when such
vacancies are known to occur.
